YOUR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE MEMBER ID# IS STILL VALID. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING. NEW PATIENTS ARE STILL ABLE TO SIGN UP HERE, USING THE ACCESS CODE: XIIDRA . FOR MORE INFORMATION SEE BELOW.

This program is intended to provide Financial Assistance for patients taking Xiidra. You can obtain a Financial Assistance Member ID# by going to www.myrx.care > select Bausch and Lomb and register yourself or your patient to obtain a Financial Assistance Member ID# today. Patients are eligible to receive up to $120/mth supply towards their prescription.

Commonly Asked Questions

The MyEyeJourney patient support program has ended, what do I do?

No actions are required.  Do not ask your pharmacist to download a new member ID#, the existing ID# will continue to work with the same benefits.

Will I still receive the Financial Assistance?

Yes, you do not need to do anything. The existing Financial Assistance member ID# that the pharmacy has already entered in their system will continue to work, and you will receive the same benefits.

Will our patients continue to receive Financial Assistance?

Yes, no action is required. The Financial Assistance member ID# already entered into your patients pharmacy system will remain valid, ensuring your patients continue to receive the same Financial Assistance benefits.

How can I access Financial Assistance member ID#s for new patients?

You can easily download a Financial Assistance member ID# for new patients by visiting https://myrx.care. Patients can provide this member ID# to their pharmacy to have the information added to their profile.

Does this impact existing patients?

No, existing patients will not be impacted. Their MyRx Care Financial Assistance member ID# details and benefits will remain unchanged.

Has the program's goals changed?

Not at all. Our collaboration with Bausch + Lomb and MyRx Care™ reaffirms our commitment to improving Canadians' lives. By enhancing accessibility to Xiidra® through patient support, we aim to improve patients’ quality of life. Additionally, we are working on introducing new tools and educational resources to further support patients in the near future.

What should I do with old Nexgen physical cards?

Nexgen physical cards have been discontinued and are no longer valid. Please dispose of them. To obtain a Financial Assistance member ID# for your patients, visit https://myrx.care

I am trying to submit a claim for Xiidra and the member ID# is not working?

Call GreenShield support at 1-888-711-119

Effective date is giving me an error?

Only claims submitted on or after the member ID# is generated can be processed.

I am getting a DOB error message, what should I do?

DOB error message is usually one of two issues 1) the patient or DOB entered was not correctly entered or 2) you are trying to submit a claim before the effective date, which is not allowed.

My Patient lost their Xiidra financial assistance member ID# what should I do?

Go to MyRx.care > Select Bausch + Lomb > enter the DIN and complete the registration. A Financial Assistance member ID# will be generated ready for immediate use.

Do the FA Financial Assistance member ID#s expire?

No, the member ID# does not expire. Bausch + Lomb reserves the right to cancel or modify this program at anytime.

How do I get a Financial Assistance member ID#?

Ask your pharmacist to Go to MyRx.care > Select Bausch + Lomb > enter the DIN and complete the registration. Financial Assistance member ID# will be generated ready for immediate use.

My pharmacist is not willing to generate a member ID# for me, what should I do?

IF your pharmacist is not able to do this for you, you may download the member ID# yourself. Just make sure you keep a copy of the member ID# generated and provide it your pharmacist. They will enter the information in their system to process your claims.

What benefits do I get with the program?

The program will provide up to $120/mth towards the cost of your Xiidra prescription.

Do I have to give my member ID# to the pharmacist each time?

The first time you wish to use your member ID#, give it to your pharmacist so they can have it registered. If you go to the same pharmacy at later visits, your member ID# will be on file and you do not have to give the pharmacist your member ID#. If you go to a different pharmacy, you will have to give your member ID# to the new pharmacy.

What do I do if I lose my member ID#?

If you lose your member ID# - First go to your pharmacy and ask them if they have a copy, if not please go to www.myrx.care and generate a new member ID#.

What does the member ID# mean?

The member ID# is your unique number that you should keep for record-keeping purposes.

Do you have to give your member ID# to the pharmacist each time?

The first time you wish to use your member ID#, give it to your pharmacist so they can have it registered. If you go to the same pharmacy at later visits, your member ID# will be on file and you will not have to give the pharmacist your member ID#. If you go to a different pharmacy, you will have to give your member ID#.

Can I get multiple boxes (several months’ supply) at the pharmacy at one time?

Yes, you can get multiple boxes at one time provided your prescription allows for it. You cannot get more than 12 boxes over the course of one year (12 months).

Can I use the member ID# if I have an insurance plan?

Yes, you can use your member ID# if you have an insurance plan. Your member ID# will pay any remaining fees above what your insurance plan covers.

Will the reimbursement be applied automatically?

Yes, the reimbursement will be applied automatically when your member ID# is used. If you have insurance, your member ID# will pay any remaining fees above what your insurance plan covers.

What happens if I don’t use my member ID# for a long period of time? 

Your member ID# will remain active for the ongoing duration of your Xiidra® treatment, even if you have not used your member ID# for a long period of time.

Will the program have access to my personal information?

Yes, the program does need to collect basic information related to your personal identification. Your pharmacist may need to know several pieces of information to best serve you. Any information gathered by your pharmacist will be stored confidentially in your record at the pharmacy.

Can I use the member ID# after the first year?
