Bausch and Lomb are pleased to announce a free bottle of Soothe Preservative Eye drops for you Xiidra patients!
Your pharmacy will be reimbursed up to $18 to cover the cost of one bottle of Soothe Preservative.
Key highlights for your pharmacy and your patients:
Existing Xiidra Patients
- Go directly to https://myrx.care select “My patient is already enrolled in the Xiidra program”.
- A card for the Soothe free offer will be generated for immediate use with a PIN (pseudo DIN).
- Submit the PIN generated on the card for the Soothe offer.
New Xiidra patients:
- Go directly to https://myrx.care to download a financial assistance card for your new patients Xiidra patients.
- Select the Enroll a new Xiidra patient and follow the simple registration process.
- A Xiidra® Financial Assistance Card with a PIN will be generated which can be used immediately.
- Enter the Xiidra claim first, then submit a second claim using the PIN shown at the top card.
