The MyRx Care™ program offers eligible patients financial assistance to help with the cost of their Xiidra® prescription. Pharmacists can register patients at https://myrx.care/valeo.

Once enrolled, patients will have access to financial assistance to help with the cost of their medication.

For Patients:

After registration on MyRx Care™ :

1. You will receive a confirmation email (to the email address you provided to your pharmacist) within one business day. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
2. Click on the link to complete your registration at myEyeJourney.ca.
3. You'll be asked to accept the program's consent, and to fill out the required fields.
4. You are now eligible to receive ongoing financial support for up to 12 boxes per year and you can access the myEyeJourney.ca support program anytime.

There is no cost to you to enrol. Call 1-416-848-7123 or email [email protected] if you require support completing your registration.
